Microsoft CRM 3.0 Avaya Integration

Hi,

I have a strange problem. I have Avaya integrated into CRM, everything looks ok.

I have the AvayaMSCRM.exe process running and its taking requests to etc and rendering properly...

however, when i Dial a number or manually feed it a phone number, it always reports "Error - No Number to Dial!".

If i manually remove the oID (object ID) string from the URL query string, it says "Actioning your phone call", however it just closes and nothing happens so its obviously not parsing and dialing the phone from either the out-of-box solution or by trying to customise it.

Has anyone seen this or is anyone able to help?

after further investigation, i ran some packet sniffing to see what was going on behind the scenes...looks like its having an unauthorised access issue for a part of CRM that i have access to (domain admin + crm system admin)...

i'm guessing this is why it bombs out so quickly and says "Error - no number to dial!".....anyone know what i need to grant permissions to specifically or if its required? what am i missing?
 
Have you installed on CRM server?

Do you have a modified isv.config?
