Hi all,
I have question on an issue when logging into a avaya pbx
I logged into the avaya ip office server edition with the usual password and user name, but I noticed that there was a lock padlock symbol when selecting the main server, secondary server and expansion unit.
I wanted to change a user name, but noticed I could change anything.
Does the pad lock mean that certain rights may have been removed from the clients username and password?

Thank you in advance

I believe it could, but it could also be other causes including a missing or invalid license. Check your license tab first I think.
