Max Agents Logged in - Historical

Hi,

Is there any report I can run to see the number of agents logged in on a particular day? I basically want to find the maximum number of agents we have logged in during our peak season.

Schedule the disp capacity report to run at x frequency... then check out the Logged in Agent field...

or

Create a dummy skill, then add to all agents, run a report on the dummy skill for max positions staffed.

I was wanting to look at a historical reort from last September to see max no. of agenst logged in.
