Ip Phones 1616 and 1608 password for entering to Static Address configuration

Hi

I've got and Ip Office v2 release 8.1 and I want to set static address for Ip Phones 1616-I and 1608-I, I'm trying to enter to static Ip adress configuration menu, after I press * then Ip phones ask me for the password (PROCPSWD) I enter the default password:CRAFT (27238) but the ip phones doesn't accept it and they reset. Does the default Static Address configuration for ip phones 1616-I and 1608-I has changed or is another diferent than CRAFT?

Any Ideas?

I could register a 1616-I Ip Phone but it shows me the message "Button Features:Invalid"

Any Ideas?

No user created for it yet

You may have created a user but you have not assigned any buttons yet

Create a user rights template and assign button features.
Then assign the users membership to the template.

You need at least two appearance buttons showing as a and b.

your ip phone may protected by 46xxsetting.txt , you may change the password by setting 46xxsetting.txt file , and reload the phone firmware, it may recovery password for your setting.
