Embedded VM asking for password 2

I have a user on ext 201 that needs to check on voice mail for user 214. I added U214 in their Source Numbers. Their VM light lights up on and the user 214 does show on the 9508s display when the MW button is pressed however when they scroll down and press the Ext-214 button it is asking for a password. If I enter their password I am given access to the voice mails messages.

I have Hunt Groups set up on this user and it does not ask for a password and also Ext-201 or 214 voice mail does not ask for the password.

Is there a way so that the user on 201 does not have to enter the password to check messages for 214 while on ext-201?

Software 9.1 using Embedded In Intuity Mode

Did you try to add V214 to ext 201 and see if that allows the access without password?

Yes, you should add in V214 in Source Numbers of Ext201, not U214
