no you don't you drive on the WRONG side of the road.
(We have valid justification for driving on the Left what is your excuse for driving on the Right?)

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.

We drive on the right (right says it all don't it? ) side of the road beacause napoleon Bonaparte told us to do so, valid reason enough in those days if you wanted to grow old....

Took a long time for you Brit's to notice that, I was expecting a war yesterday[smile]

Even if the so called justification (you're referring to the Right-eye-dominance, right?) had any impact on the over all performance and safety, we'd still be driving on the Right side [thumbsup2].

Unless you parallel shift your head to observe oncoming traffic before overtaking another vehicle, the slight head tilt will equalize the difference of the few centimetres.

We, the right people, use the predominantly better performing right arm to operate the essential controls in our vehicles.
Transmission, parking break, radio, sun roof, etc. Especially useful when in need of a speedy getaway; we use our left hand to close the door, while simultaneously starting the car (you still have the ignition key on the right side of the column).
I'm sure that feature has saved lives[smile]. (Some may also say that you save valuable time getting your gun out of glove compartment with your firing hand)

For the record, 66% of the worlds population drives on the right side, and 91% of the total distance travelled takes place in the right side lane.

Kind regards

Gunnar

So why did you not change back to the sensible side once he was no longer in charge?

Gunni
My ignition fob plugs into the left side of the Dash
We generally allow the public access to guns.
highway curtsey pre-dates firearms (& driving on the left is still better for a hand gun as it moves the target to your right - store the gun in the door pocket!)

This does at least give the Septics a valid reason as there county is so young coaches & shotguns mean shooting to the left is the most comfortable option & they had no tradition to overcome

Europe has no such excuse.

Top Gear solved the Right/Left by bringing a centre controlled Harvester last time they visited during the winter...

And most targets of interest are behind you...anything in front, just ram it. [smile]

Kind regards
