IP Office System Status (v 6.18) opens to black screen 1

I've done a keyword search with no luck. After upgrading from IP Office Manager suite 6.14 to 6.18 System Status will no longer open properly. When I attempt to open the app it fails to prompt for the IP address and opens a blank, black screen after the splash screen. I've uninstalled and installed fresh but still no luck. I can browse to the System Status folder and open the index in my browser and that works. It just won't open normally.

Any help would be appreciated!

I think someone said to try adjust the resolution on your display. it may help. if not you may have to reinstall Java

OK, so I repaired the Manager Suite installation, then uninstalled and reinstalled it (still nothing.) I then updated Java, nothing. So I uninstalled and reinstalled Java, nothing. Ran another repair on the suite, nothing. Found nothing wrong with the video drivers. I am running a two monitor setup and the System Status window was located on the secondary window. While talking with tech support I drug the System Status window to the primary screen and it came up. It appears that any time the window opens on the secondary screen it comes up as a black screen. I can drag it all over the secondary screen and it stays black. As soon as I drag half or more of it onto the primary screen it comes up as it should. So, while not a fix per-se, it is now workable.
 
Yeah, you're right. I shouldn't be so greedy I guess. Look at all the frustration it cost me! :-(
