IP Office softphone problem

I have download this application several times. when i try to install the application it sucessfully installs the program. when I go to run the program I get an error msg and it will not run. When I bring up the event log of the Window OS this is what it says

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Description:
Faulting application ipofficesoftphone.exe, version 30.5.6516.0, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.5781, fault address 0x00012afb.

I have tryed to clear any program that might be conflicting with this program but it still remains

ANY IDEAS????????? .
