To log in to one-X Portal for IP Office using Avaya IP Office Plug-in for Salesforce.com:
1. Log in to The system initializes the SoftPhone and the system displays the login screen for one-X Portal for IP Office. (NO IT DOESN'T)
2. Type your one-X Portal for IP Office username in the Username field.
3. Type your one-X Portal for IP Office password in the Password field.
4. Click Log In. The system displays the SoftPhone in an idle state.
A clue for me is that the outlook plug in doesn't show click to call on numbers in emails.
Tried running Salesforce with One X Call Assistant running and without.
I'm suspecting the plug in.
Has anybody got any ideas?
