Trying with IE11, Firefox, Google Chrome etc.

All the steps between here have been completed EXACTLY as instructed:

Here's where it falls over:
Logging into one-X Portal for IP Office
You can log into the one-X Portal for IP Office using Avaya IP Office Plug-in for Salesforce.com.
Prerequisites:
• User account DONE
• Ensure that Avaya IP Office CTI Adapter for Salesforce is running on the desktop. DONE (AS ADMINISTRATOR)
To log in to one-X Portal for IP Office using Avaya IP Office Plug-in for Salesforce.com:
1. Log in to The system initializes the SoftPhone and the system displays the login screen for one-X Portal for IP Office. (NO IT DOESN'T)
2. Type your one-X Portal for IP Office username in the Username field.
3. Type your one-X Portal for IP Office password in the Password field.
4. Click Log In. The system displays the SoftPhone in an idle state.

A clue for me is that the outlook plug in doesn't show click to call on numbers in emails.

Tried running Salesforce with One X Call Assistant running and without.
I'm suspecting the plug in.

Has anybody got any ideas?

Minor update: Got the Outlook Plug In working and configured.

This might help;

Thanks Allemendoza- It's a UC110/UCM not App server but I'll try anyway.

Thanks Bas It's already configured but this valuable information is worth a star as well.

Doesn't the root toolkit just give you access to the demo plug in? Either way, i installed and no joy.

***Also Plug in (and Salesforce Softphone) is not compatible with IE11. Uninstalled. Installed IE8. ***
