Hi,
I'm having some issues with the key server for our IP Office install. Some questions:
1.) On our key server (running W2003), the Key Server service starts but I don't see the icon in the corner nor do I see it listed under task mgr processes. Should I see keyserve.exe in the processes list?
2.) When I start the program keyserve.exe, I do get the icon and it looks good (no X) but the manager sometimes doesn't pick up the licenses. Are there certain ports that need to be opened?
3.) Can you run keyserver on 2008R2? If so, where can I find the driver for the USB key?
4.) Does the IP Office query the license server after it boots or is it only at startup? This is more for me understanding the behavior for troubleshooting.
Thanks a bunch!
Drew
