IP Office End User Guide 1

Does anyone know of a basic User Guide for the end user that would describe some basic operations, like adding a user, programming a button or changing a greeting? I know that I am not the only one with customers asking for something like this. I just have not seen anything like that. Please let me know if anyone knows of anything that is even close. Thanks.

you could always produce your own for your customers - taylored specifically at your customer base, like in wording, your logos and best of all, your support number!

the avaya manuals are OK, but only you know your customers.

yeah - we do all own own handset and training manuals too!

thanks for the star - and i wasnt even fishing for one!

We also have our own manual with the company logo/info, in pdf format and on plastic A5 format. They get the digital for free and need to pay for the plastic cards!
