IP Office CCR Queue Reports not displaying any data

I'm new to CCR and am trying to run reports from the call summary tab for queue statistics by the hour. i am able to get data for each agent by the hour but for some reason i can't get queue data.
Has anyone else had this issue and/or can help me?

Please make sure that your target list is Queue.
