IP Office AA greetings 4

This is my first IP Office V500 8.1 so bear with me. System has embedded vmail only. I cannot seem to figure out how to access the voicemail to record the AA greeting or how to record the AA greeting. I did the time profiles. I am missing a major piece of this puzzle.
Help!

I agree, IPO is incredibly flexible and seems not only a waste of system, but waste of time for small applications such as I referred to.

Once you know the basics, setting up a small 4-user is just as easy as a key system.
You make your template config, load in on a new chassis and off you go.
If the customer want's more than your standard config, you program and charge extra.
