We had two PRI's plugged in and have downgraded to one PRI. I tried to delete the 2nd PRI and it seems to do so, but when I log back in it is still in the system. I've got a 3rd T1 on the system as well and I'm wondering if the channel assignment is getting screwed up since the 2nd PRI no longer exists.

IP Office 500 Removed 2nd Pri but it won't allow me to delete it

you should not delete the PRI trunk but just take it out of service and if you want to make really sure change the outgoing line ID.
The PRI is there because there is a physical PRI trunk in the system.
