IP Office 500 and 5402's

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed this problem.

When the volume is over half on the 5402's, you get really bad background noise on calls internally or externally.

It doesn't happen on the 5410's or 5420's because Avaya brought out firmware to fix this on these models.

We've had it on every IPO 500 we've tested. We had Avaya in our office to listen to it, they have admitted its a fault and told us to leave volume at half. Great if someone is hard of hearing.

No never seen this either, you got a bad batch perhaps?

not had any complaints
