IP Office 10.0.4 going on discover after reading 46xxsetting.

Hi Guys.

I just install a brand new ipoffice server 10.0.4 with 6 gateway's and a secondary server.For now everything is working fine except for my 46xxsetting file and phone firmware.

I just download a fresh 46xx from avaya support but after downloading it in the server , phones keep rebooting or going in discover mode. If I delete the 46xx everything is going back to normal.

Another issue is that I can't upgrade phone firmware to 6.6.1.15.

When the phone is booting up I can see 46xx and 96 upgrade but the phone never upgrade.

1, if it runs ok with the existing 46xxsettings file, what is the need of changing it?
2, 6.6.4.01 is the latest supported version on IP Office, stick to it.

Don't ever upgrade for the upgrade solely, there must be a valid reason for it.
If it runs fine then let go.

In server edition 46xx is not in there by default, you need to download it manually. Customer want's a logo on his phone so I need it unfortunately.

Seems like there's something wrong with the 46xxsettings.txt you're uploading.

Why not just save the auto-generated and add what you need for logo?
