Ip Office 1-800 Calls 1

Hi,

I need help in porgramming an IP Office System to place 1-8XX calls. I have built a short code for the pattern but still no go. This is a IP406 with PRI. Any help or links to documents would be great.

What do you need to do with the 1-8xx numbers, block them or use a different carrier?

I need the ability to call them from the IP switch. I currently have short codes created but the system is unable to connect to any 1-8XX numbers.

Line Group: the line group of your PRI
Feature: Dial3K1

If this does not work, call your carrier to verify that you can call 18xx on the PRI they provided, they may be blocking it. Thank you,
