Installed a IP 500 V2 R6.08 and VM Pro running on XP Pro about a month ago. First problem that popped up was could not do voicemail to email. Called Catalyst and they said that Avaya is aware of issue and is working to resolve with possibly a software upgrade that was supposed to be available Q2 and now Q3.
Today my customer called and said that some folks are not getting voicemail. One person said they had gotten to their office noticed that their msg light was on, stepped out to use the bathroom and came back and the msg light was extinguished. They checked their VM anyway and had no messages.
I will be going there tomorrow to check this. Have any of you folks run into this issue and if so have you been able to resolve it.
Avaya is really starting to pi@# me off with always releasing software that is unreliable. I sure do miss the old days when things worked the way that they were supposed albeit with less sophistication
