Have recently installed an intuity LX on a prologix. My hunt group number is a DID. When calling the DID I am being sent to my covering extension for zero out of mailboxes. I am trying to get "welcome to audix" menu for checking messages from external.

Not quite sure what your problem may be, but if you send me an email using the link below, i can send you a word file with an example form a working system.

in the LX "ch auto rout"

put the DID under Incomming number, under Business Schedule put login

I did not have this field entered and have since added it, however still having the same results.

This is a Mode-code install working properly otherwise.

when monitoring the ports this call comes in with:
#01#99##

the #01 says its an outside call. The #99 I don't know about.

have you looked in Ch sys mode, to see if anything was changed or is the #99 a feature code. I have had issues with mode code when i use FAC in my dial plan like #1 and #11. if i were to use the code #1 system will wait 3 sec to complete that feature. this will confuse VM.

Sys parameters mode code has entry for vm hunt group. THis is entered and is correct.

have you tried to give the dial in did an extension x port and cover to VM, in ch auto rout, use the extension number as login.
