INSTALLER user password. Panasonic KX-NS500

Hello everyone! I have a problem. I have lost the INSTALLER user password. I have a Panasonic KX-NS500 station. However, I have a dfsys configuration file. I would appreciate any assistance.

Not sure if this will help but here is a related post that might provide some assistance, I have not personally tried this method but good luck. It's for a different system/platform but they are somewhat similar. I would have to do some searching because at one point I had to do a password reset on a TDE system and Panasonic had me do it from a phone set but that was many years ago.

DO NOT HOT SWAP PLEASE!

Tun the Machine off, unplug from mains outlet and use a card reader to copy off the.

To transfer files to the PC
1. From the Utility menu, select File Transfer PBX (SD Card) to PC.
2. Select the file to download (DBSYS)from the list of files on the SD memory card.
Only the files listed in the table above can be downloaded. Selecting any other file will cause an error
message to be displayed.
3. Click Transfer.
The Save dialog box will be displayed
4. Navigate to the folder in which you want to save the file.
5. Enter a file name.
6. Click Save.
