i have panasonic kx-ns500 , facing issue of status blinking,so what to do?

If this is a new installation/power up, it is normal for the status indicator to blink during initialization and will take approximately 2.5 minutes to cease blinking when switched to normal.
If the flashing occurred while in use, the installation manual details what the different flash rates/colors indicate. See section 4.3.1.
