Panasonic KX-DTA600 call forward

Our customer requested to call forward the inernal call and incoming analog trunk line one of her flexible buttom) to a internat extension. We left the handset *7102+extension no. +# . Internal call forward was working fine but the incoming trunk call forward did not work. His phone is kx-dt521.

Any idea to resolve this problem?

Is the phone the only recipient of incoming calls on this analog line ?

No, this analog trunk shared with another two extensions. Among them, one of the extension will be the one she wants to call forward.

If its share with another two extensions (as a icd group) you need to forward call from group also

*7141 group no. - and the extention number to forward that you need to forword to, and #
example:
*7141601101# internal
*71416019XXXXXXXXXXX# external
cacnel: *7140 and group number.

and check if the class of service open for forward to outside call if needed
