Hi, I have a IPO UCM Voice Mail Pro 9.1 that failed and I am formatting a replacement UCM module. I did this several years ago with no issues but now when I try to Ignite the UCM my Chrome, Brave, Opera & Mozilla browsers all say this error below, after I enter as instructed by the UCM install guide:

"This site can’t provide a secure connection 192.168.1.51 uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite."

I have tried several suggested solutions but still can't get it to work. Boy is this frustrating.

Many thanks for any help!

Try using a very old Internet Explorer browser or an XP machine.
