Feeling kind of dumb asking this, but I can't think of how to set up tranferring a call to voicemail. Is it a short code in IPO Manager, or is it in the call flow of VM Pro? Both?
Setup a shortcode (if it's not already there) for *123 then set the shortcode as telephone number "#username" Feature "VoicemailCollect" and you should be set.
FYI if you set the system up using the wizard, it would have built these for you already I do believe.
