Does anybody know how to default the system. I bought a used system and cannot get in to the system. when i do "feature"**startup, the phone tells me "Password retry

Suggest call a tech or readup and train on the Installation Guide.
If the password is not at default then see the FAQ's
Some vendors can reset the password also.

The re install password only works for 15 Mins. after plugged in for most Norstar.
