How to delete the record that have the ip office 500

I put a record on my avaya 500 when a user dont answer a call enter that record and then leave a message but when that redord finish start other record but taht is from the commutator and when that record finish thet is when you cal leave the message, I want to know how to deleted and hear only mine.

well Matt i already did that but there is an other recording that I didnt do it, I think is pre installed in the commutator and start when my recording finish

Then at the generic start point "Leave" add a "Listen" action and within this action add your prompt and add the system prompt mc_00.wav.
Now it will present your prompt followed by a beep ( the mc_00.wav ) and the caller can leave a message, there will be no options after leaving a mesage.
