Has anyone upgrade a V2 straight from 11.0 to 12.1? 1

As the title states,

Has anyone upgraded the V2 straight from 11.0 to 12.1? Any issues? Or does it need to be stepped from 11.0 to 11.1 and then to 12.1?

Hi, I have and yes it needs to first go to R11.1 as the Avaya instructions.

No problem, try not to do short cuts with Avaya, could get issues on the long run.

I could have sworn that V2 standalone can go straight to 12.x. It is only Servers that need to be stepped.

Do you have the link to the Avaya documentation that states that V2 standalones need to be stepped also for 12.x?
 
The follow instruction is for both Standalone and Server Edition for Subscription is different.

This software is for use with the IP Office IP500 V2 and Server Edition Systems and IP Office Subscription.
Avaya IP Office R12.1 Server Edition is based on the Rocky Linux 9.x operating system. To upgrade from an earlier release the system must first be upgraded to Avaya IP Office 11.1.3 Service Pack 1 or later and the maintainer must follow the IP Office 12.0 Upgrading Linux-Based IP Office Servers to IP Office R12.0, before finally upgrading to IP Office 12.1.
