Forward to voicemail button

Running IP office 500 v2 8.1. Have a manager who has an employee that only works 2 days. I set up the part time employee without a physical phone (will just log in to wherever she can find an office the days she is here). Set her up a button to use before she logs out that will forward all her calls to the manager for the days she isn't working. Just need to get a button to do the same thing for voicemail. Was going to set it up to be voicemail to email, but the manager only wants the employee voicemails when the employee is not here. Is there an option for that somehow?

Press Features> Forwarding> Forward Unconditional> Press to VM softkey

or dial *18 (as long as it's not blocked by user rights)

or create a button which runs the short code Dial *18
