Endpoint License How to Install new ones??? HELP 1

We recently purchased 4 new phones (Avaya 1608-i). With that being said we ran out of licenses. Some phones are getting no license available on their phone screen. We then purchased 4 new end point licenses....But I am not sure where to start on importing the license keys. I am running Avaya IP Office R8 Manager. Any guidance or direction will be appreciated. My vendor does not call me back when I need help and I inherited this system...UGH

Ok I hate to be such a NOOB but where is that and how do I access it?

Firstly the licence needs to be generated in ADI avaya web site.
Once you receive the encrypted licence file from this site then copy and paste into Licence section in ipo Manager software that should be on your PC.


Open ip manger and log in.
Go to licence
Copy and paste into this.
Save and merge to ip office.

You must have purchased the licenses from an Avaya Partner. Why not call them and ask for assistance? If we sell new licenses to clients, we will assist with adding them to the system.
