Sorry that's wrong. It would be a reformat in your companding law (ALaw/ ULaw).
Save your config first.
Recreate doesn't remove existing greetings.

Try this:
Connect with DTE lead as usual. (Normal Hyperterminal settings also)
AT enter
returns OK
Then AT-DEBUG
returns >hello
IVM-HELP
list of IVM commands eg
IVM-MSG-DEL-ALL ................ Delete all stored messages.
IVM-MBOX-DEL-ALL ................ Delete all mailboxes.
BAZINGA!
I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
