What might be the case is that you need to send the number in national format, to accomplish this add an i at the end of the DID in ICR.
Check monitor with ISDN L3 Tx/Rx enabled when you dial out and you'll see what you're sending to the service provider.
Yes I just want users to send their own DID when they dial out instead of PRI master number. Master number is 33311333 and DID for user 202 is 33311202.
Have created an ICR with an incoming number field set as 202 and destination set as 202. It works fine.
