Using PRI with Avaya IPO 500 v2. DID is working fine sending callers straight to their desired extension.

But when an Avaya user dials out, it shows master number instead of the DID number associated with the that user.

Is there any settings for DOD?

Yes there is.

In the ARS.

Telephone number field.

.S123456E (where 123456 are the first digits of the did number)

OK if there is user 202 and the DID number is 33311202

Then shortcode for user 202 to dial out using 33311202 would be

9N
.S202E
1 (PRI outbound id)

????

It should be

9N
Ns33311E
1 (PRI outbound id)

But if you just wanna send their DID as CLI it should match this from ICR automatically.
What might be the case is that you need to send the number in national format, to accomplish this add an i at the end of the DID in ICR.

Check monitor with ISDN L3 Tx/Rx enabled when you dial out and you'll see what you're sending to the service provider.

Yes I just want users to send their own DID when they dial out instead of PRI master number. Master number is 33311333 and DID for user 202 is 33311202.

Have created an ICR with an incoming number field set as 202 and destination set as 202. It works fine.

Janni178, so for 202 to send his DID when dialing out, it will be done automatically by matching the above ICR?? We just need a simple SC 9N/N/1, right??

No need to create a SC mentioned above?

If you don't send anything the ipo will send the DID by default.
So if you make the ARS just
N
Dial
N
Line ID
Then you should get the same result

For users without a DID there will be nothing sent out and most times the provider will insert the main PRI number.
