I have a major problem with a system I'm having.

I'm using software 25.40b and have 2 PRI cards.
I have one PRI card connected to providers T1/E1, programmed with DID members (DCH 15)
One PRI card with TIE members, and connected to this one I have an MCU (Multipoing Conference Unit) for a video conferencing system (DCH 13).

My problem is that when I call someone from the MCU to an external line the call is set up fine. But if the B-user is disconnecting the call all the other participants can hear a loud busy tone because the call was disconnected. What I have found out so far is that when B-user disconnect we get a CC_DISCONNECT_REQ on the DCH 15, but nothing happens on the DCH 13, so the voice channel connected to MCU is not disconnected.

How can I make the system also provide CC_DISCONNECT_REG ont the DCH 13???

Are they both VOD? Can you post the RDB for them? and DCH print? -Matt

that problem is usually a interface type that is incompatable, works great, almost..what are you using for far end switch type on each end?.. that is the only place i can think of that would cause the problem you describe, i had the same type of problem between an 81 and a rolm, the problem in that case went away with qsig in both switches

To be quite honest, I'm not sure. Your INC_T306 values on both routes is 0; default is 2. That is the "Variable timer for received disconnect message on incoming calls, allowing in-band tone to be heard when sent by the network (entered in 2 second increments)." I'm not sure if this is the problem. I'm also not familiar with EuroISDN at alll... :(

i would change DSEL VOD to vce on both ends, that may cause problems, and again it might cause other headaches, the timers that matt suggested my come into play, another prompt i move from 0 to matching numbers is pni.. but that should not cause the noise you describe, i know trmb works if pni's are set up right
