When my external users try to dial up into one of my citrix boxes the are receiving the error "you do not have access to logon to this session". But when it places them on the other server it works fine. The odd thing is that the main server's IP address that they are dialing into is the one not working. When it load balances and transfers them over to the other server it works fine. I have already checked the terminal services configuration for rights to the tcp port and also checked it in citrix managment. I have tried deleting and recreating the tcp port and it did not work either. Any suggestions on fixing this issue would be great.

Is there any difference in the IP configuration on the main server, default gateway addresses, any static routing....????

Are you trying to connect to a load balanced app/desktop...??? How are you configuring your client, does it connect to the published app or server name/ip address....???
