crisis alert not working

I am having a problem when 911 is called only the 3 pager numbers and one attendant are notified. None of the other phones on the system with crisis alert buttons alert.

If there has been any type of software upgrade since crisis alert was setup, try removing all the programming for crisis alert and put it back. Then test again.
