Contact fields not recording in history

There has been a few times were the contact fields that are selected to be recorded under history do not get recorded after clicking "save". Any one know why this may be?
 
Nope... what version of ACT!?

If 7.0 or later, you may need to refresh (press Ctrl-F5) to see the change

I hit refresh and save but it doesn't appear. I have Act Premium for workgroups 2006
 
Is the field set to record history in Tools | Define Fields?

Can you try it in the Last Results field in the Demo database?

Yes, the fields are set to be recorded on history. It only happens once in a while, not all the time.
 
I've not seen this happen intermittently... and can't think of any possible cause.

I'd check for anything happening on the system or LAN when this happens
