Got a back-lit EU24 and plugged it into a 5621 (x135). Phone restarted, EU24 lites up, I see the colons down the side of the display, and I can switch back and forth between the 2 pages. I used Manager to add 2 "dial" buttons on the EU24. The labels do not appear in the display. If I push the appropriate button it dials and rings the extension programmed there, but no display.
I plugged the same EU24 into a second 5621 (x134). This time it worked fine. Eventually decided to just swap phones, i.e., reprogram ext 134 to 135. When I reprogrammed x134 to x135 (leaving the original x135 disconnected), the EU24 again did not display labels. Reprogrammed the phone back to x134. The problem followed back, i.e., now NEITHER phone displays labels.
Sounds like a programming/configure issue, but I don't know where.
