Can anyone explain how the X25 serial number works
One of our sites is trying to migrate from a sparc 5 to a sparc 20 machine on CMS V5.
I know this is old but at this time they cannot upgrade the software to a newer release due to custom programming.
The issue we run into is the fact that the new machine refuses to take the X25 key that was configured on the sparc5.
The bussinesspartner also cannot request a new key from Avaya as the software is no longer supported.
Anyone that has a workaround for this?
