CMS Integrated Report via Telnet?

We would like to feed our ACD- Wallbaords with some data from a CMS- Integrated Report, the report has already been designed but it seems Integrated Reports cannot be accessed via the telnet- session. Is that so? Is there a way around? The system that feeds our Wallboards relies on a telnet- connection to CMS to read the data it needs.
CMS is V12

wouldnt it be easier to connect your cms and wallboard via ultralink? we always do it like that
