Does anyone know if its possible to customise a Call Profile Daily report to report on intervals? I suspect that none of the database items are
part of I_tables and so the answer is no. But I am trying to get skill call profile data for a specific time of the day so if theres another report i should and edit i would appreciate some pointers.
