CICS help

Thanks in advance for your help. I am trying to install a used CICS, and I got all the jacks working, but first I can't get the lines to automatically pick up an outside line when the reciever is picked up, I have set it for line pool A, and to ring and appear,but it seems like it won't hold the programming.
Also, the CID won't appear unless I do *811 or pick up the receiver and hit the button of the line that is ringing.
I went into telco features, but there isn't a CID setting.

I have version 30CTE06 NAT, and system id 24400407.
I am using 6.1 software, and I do have a caller idcard, and caller id fromthe telco.

Have lines been put into pool A?
Do lines 1 - x appear & ring on set?
Was the set programmed to have access to pool A.
