HAs anyone noticed that there is a higher rate of incoming cell phone failures? I find that when callers call into my auto attendant and dial a 4 digit extension the pbx is not hearing all of the tones, or the tones are not long enough, and the call fails. I now have it routing back to the announcement that asks for the extension.
Is this just a cell phone issue or is there something I can do on the definity to make it "hear" the tone?
