CCR 8.1 Wallboard Blank page

Just installed CCR for a new customer and everything is working except wallboard. From any PC including the server, when logging in as wallboard user all we get is a blank page. Rebooted server same issue. Tried from IE, Chrome, and three differenct PC's. When we right-click the blank screeen we see the Silverlight options. All have Silverlight installed and Customer Map works. Any ideas?

I noticed a bunch of .Net errors in the Event Viewer, tried to re-install .Net but ended up removing and re-installing CCR and SQL and now it's working.

I suspect that CCR wasnt installed in the correct order as per the docs.... its really fussy.
