One of my customers reported to me that they are unable to log in to their Avaya IP office.
I was recently there and installed the Manager program on a new PC and was able to log in at that time, about 2 months ago.
When she tried to login last week, the customer name doesn't show up, and when you select Open configuration from system, the next screen shows
"offline configuration creation" rather giving you the ability to connect to the customer by checking the box, etc.
I don't believe that there have been any changes to the network.
I am planning to go there tomorrow. any ideas what the problem may be?
