Can I integrate IP Office into home grown CRM

Hi all,

Is it possible to integrate IP Office 406 into a home grown CRM web application where telephone numbers are hyperlinked and clicking on them will cause the users phone to dial that number?

Thanks Tom & Bas but are we talking about two different options here or both things have to be done in order for this to work. Specifically the Regedit and the Phone Dialer Pro app? I think I have two seperate methods going on here.

to clarify. all my references have been to phone dialer pro. im at home without an ipo, but ill get it running tomorrow afternoon and let you know what i changed. from memory i only messed with a few settings.
