Caller ID on Definity Prologix

I have a prologix with G3V9i.02.0.033.2

I have a tn429D installed, I have set the trunk group for caller id and I still do not have caller id.
I need help setting up caller id properly.

 
how many rings are you answering on - at least 2 I hope :)
 
doing a list trace of my trunk group

when I call my cell phone from the switch it displays on my cell the number im calling from. but when I call the switch im not seeing any caller id info on the phones.
 
can you post how your ds1 is configured as well as your trunk group, also has this ever worked or is it a new circuit?

 
We have a comcast box arris TM608G that's providing our co lines.

it comes into destination 1099, as stated earlier it may be answered on the 1st ring and caller id trunks need at least 2 rings to collect the caller id, also you still have a ds1 built against this as well,

1099 is a dummy station set up for bridged call appr for all phones in office to ring at same time, even on the 4th ring I'm not getting any caller id. can we talk in voice?

Analog Trunk Incoming Call ID? y is this set to yes on your pbx, also display ds1 1a05

 
you most likely do not have a ds1 associated with this sorry older pbx so haven't seen these in quite a while

can you try this, rebuild ext 1099 as a callrID station with an xport and program as abrdg-appr 1099 on all sets,and retest

 
1 final thing I would try, go directly on the trunks with a test set and call someone and see if they receive your caller id, if not the problem is with the line provider
