Caller ID on Definity Prologix

I have a prologix with G3V9i.02.0.033.2

I have a tn429D installed, I have set the trunk group for caller id and I still do not have caller id.
I need help setting up caller id properly.

I receive caller id dialing out to my cell phone. but the incoming calls thru the switch the stations do not receive any caller id info

I built a new station like you stated. this is the list trace of it

still not seeing caller id info on the trace either

are you doing a list trace station? or a list trace tac of the trunk group?

if you have a analog caller id box you could wire it up to a trunk and call it to see if you are receiving incoming caller id to be positive, I still would call the line provider to verify 2 way caller id

I receive caller id on this line. I removed the phone that was receiving caller id when I installed the switch. I will hook up the phone again.

but maybe it's the t/r if I flip the tip and ring...

ok so list trace tac proves we are receiving caller id so give it a try and let me know

I switched the t/r and it didn't work either....

wow I read a bunch of these same issues on tek-tips today with the same set up as your and all had the same issue, has this ever worked from day 1?

on the trunk group for the incoming dest try to point it to a phone and see if you then receive caller id, we may have to front end it to a vdn that points to a vector.

I pointed the trunk group to an extension and it still did not show caller id
