Call Work Code CMS Report

Dear All,
I'm having a few problems with designing a CMS report to show the call work codes entered by individual agents in relation to one particular skill. I've been putting a report together however regardless of input filter it is still showing me the total number of calls classified accross the ACD and I cant think of how to show this info for each agent.
Anyone come accross this before? anyone found a solution???!!!!

Dear Phil,

Call Work Code report is one of these reports that you cannot customize.

If your call center is not too big you could work around by giving "individual" CWC's to your agents:

XX (= agent John Doe)YYYY (= the CWC)

Hi,

If you have centre Vu explorer installed on your CMS you can do it by a simple query, if not you need to used the solution of tiramisu.
