can anyone please tell me how to accomplish "all technicians are currently assisting blah blah blah, please hold for the next available technician" after a certain number of rings?

you'll need a call pilot 100 or 150 with basic call center enabled.

there was also a Flash ACD available at one point in time.

 
Thanks so much for the quick response. We will look for one online. We inherited this system, and are trying to learn it as we go.
